Help and advice Factsheets Short form conclusions The Coroner or jury may give a short form conclusion, which is a finding of one or two words, such as: - Natural causes - Accident or Misadventure- Unlawful or Lawful killing - Alcohol or Drugs - related- Suicide- Industrial Disease- Road Traffic Collision- Open – meaning there is not enough evidence to decide how someone died.
