10 unlawful killing conclusions (formerly known as verdicts) have been found and upheld.  

The figures below represent the number of unlawful killing conclusions (formerly verdicts) and manslaughter or other serious prosecutions of state agents in cases of deaths in prison, police custody or pursuits since 1990. The figures are shown by the calendar year (January-December) that the conclusion or verdict was returned at an inquest or trial. Where no year is shown there were no unlawful killing conclusions or verdicts returned.*
