Mr Justice Singh The prosecution of two police officers, PC Leigh and PC Bowdery, charged with misconduct in public office following the death of Colin Holt will begin on Wednesday 24 April. Mr Holt suffered from mental health problems and had absconded from the hospital where he had been sectioned. Police went to his flat where he was restrained. He died from asphyxia during the restraint.
