INQUEST report launch: Family Consultation Day on Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism

Join us for INQUEST's launch of our new report following a Family Consultation Day on Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism. The webinar will take place on Wednesday 26 April, 6 - 7pm.

Our new report captures the testimony of families bereaved by a death involving mental health services, including people in care settings relating to autism or learning disabilities.

Attendees will hear from INQUEST and some of the families whose testimony is featured in the report.
