INQUEST invites members of the INQUEST Lawyers Group (ILG) to register for this year’s online Annual Conference session on HSE Investigations and Prosecutions.

Discussing challenges in an HSE investigation; the different health and safety offences in prison, police and mental health settings; and the same in relation to an HSE prosecution.
