Help and advice FAQs Meeting with the Trust Investigator I have been contacted by the trust investigator and asked to meet with them. Do I need to go?You may sometimes be called to meet with the Trust to set out your concerns. You do not have to meet with them if you prefer not to. You could also ask for the information in writing first and then meet them, or you can wait until they have finished their investigation. However, sometimes these meetings can be helpful to find out some details of what happened directly from the care providers at an early stage, rather than waiting for the inquest and investigations to complete.
