You might have questions which are unique to you and the circumstances. Here are some general questions you may wish to ask to help you to understand the circumstances of your loved ones’ death: When did my loved one die? How did they die? Who was with them when they died/who found them? Was the death unexpected/unexplained? Could the death have been prevented? Were there any actions anyone could have taken, or would have been expected to have taken, to prevent their death?
