A jury inquest will start on Monday 18 April at St Pancras Coroner's Court into the death of 17-year-old Jack Susianta, who drowned in the River Lea, East London, following police contact on Wednesday 29 July 2015.  Jack also had contact with Metropolitan police officers on Tuesday 28 July 2015 when he suffered a mental health crisis and received medical treatment at Homerton Hospital.

The Susianta family hope that the inquest will thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding Jack's death and ensure that justice is done.
