The summing up by the Coroner of eight weeks of evidence into the death of Jimmy Mubenga is due to begin on Tuesday 2 July.  Jimmy Mubenga died on 12 October 2010 following restraint by three G4S security guards while being removed on a British Airways flight from Heathrow airport to Angola. As things currently stand, the summing up is likely to last into Wednesday with the jury retiring to consider their verdict either Wednesday or Thursday.
